We noticed that lately a lot of people are applying our DDNS service repeatedly, causing our DDNS server overloading, this has seriously affected the right of our real users, to further enhance DDNS server performance, we will stop the registration permission from now on.

For the existing registered KGUARD DVR devices in our DDNS server, the DDNS server will remain to work but the new DDNS registration is no longer available.

You can find and select the recommended DDNS service from DVR setting page to obtain the DDNS service still.
